Shipping Policy

We ship heavy machinery parts, hydraulic components, drive train parts, attachments, truck parts and related spares across South Africa, subject to stock, size, weight and courier availability.

Processing time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and, where needed, fitment verification. Standard parcel orders are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Large, heavy, special-order or supplier-confirmed parts may take longer and may require manual freight confirmation.

Delivery areas

Courier delivery is available to major South African towns and cities. Remote sites, mines, farms, depots and construction locations may require a custom freight quote, depot delivery, collection arrangement or additional delivery time.

Freight for heavy parts

Bulky items such as undercarriage components, cylinders, pumps, buckets and attachments may carry additional freight charges. If checkout cannot calculate a suitable freight option, we will confirm the delivery cost before dispatch.

Delivery inspection

Please inspect parcels and freight before signing where possible. Report visible damage, shortages or incorrect items as soon as possible with photos, order details and packaging information.

Incorrect address or missed delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Extra courier charges may apply for failed delivery, redelivery, storage, incorrect address details or remote-area delivery changes.
